You are looking at stage 04, Simulate, running on one example workstream: Meridian Supply Co.'s order-to-cash process, captured as six tasks with the time each consumes every week. Your job is the redesign. Set each task to Human (as it runs today), Human + Agent (an agent prepares, a person decides), Agent (fully delegated), or Eliminate (work that never needed to exist). The panel on the right recalculates the operation as you go: hours freed, orders shipped per week, cost per order. Tokaro simulation allows you to pressure test the future workstream before it is built.
In one working session we'll model a process you own today, find its constraints, and show you the simulated future states. Your SOPs are enough to start.
